How to copy paste from word file without loosing the font?

hi all,

can any one tell me how to copy and past from the word without loosing the fonts.

i have dont the below 

config.pasteFromWordRemoveFontStyles = false;
config.pasteFromWordRemoveStyles = false;

but i can see the font changed CKeditor but it does not show in the place holder.

and when i checked the data base the font tags are missing.

is there a why that i can add font tags and other html info to the database, so that i can use it for other
