How can I remove fomatting by CTRL/V but keep it with a button?

Hello

I would like the following "Pasting" configuration, but I don't know how to do it:

1: CTRL/V would copy as plain text

2 "Paste" button would copy by keeping formatting

3 "Paste without formatting" would copy w/o keeping formatting, obvisouly

The data is not copied from Word, so I'm not sure I can use the "Copy from Word' button for step 2
