Field not display correctly

Hello all.
I installed this editor in your website asp mvc 4, all good, but when inserting pictures see here the following fields (atachment)

Which version of CKEditor are you using and what browsers do this? I guess that's Russian?

Do you have any general CSS

Do you have any general CSS rules that influence CKEditor dialog input fields? You can check this with Firebug, for example.
