Just thought I'd point out that when testing CKEditor 4.0.2 in Firefox 6.0 it appears that some tab labels are being displayed at top left of browser window instead of inside the dialog. Problem is not apparent in FF18 or Seamonkey 2.8. Not sure at which browser version the issue goes away. The problem also seems to be somewhat dependent on the folder relationship between the page and ckeditor.js - the problem may not show when loading ../ckeditor.js as in the samples, but does when loading jscode/ck/ckeditor.js from a root-folder file.
