For the above question I am using 3.6.2 and i am implementing in peoplesoft portal.
The Editor and the respective functionality is perfectly working fine in the lower version of the browser like IE5 IE7 & IE8 but when i load the same page in Quirks Mode, IE9 and ie10. The page is loading editor is getting displayed But when I click the Templates Icon from the editor.
I am getting below error in the console window

There's a pretty chance
There's a pretty chance upgrading will fix this. 3.6.2 was released in 2011.09.13. A lot has been fixed since then.
