Editing Existing Photo V&Hspace Crashes IE 11 in Windows 8.1 if CSS Margin Exists

Click on image tool
Copy and paste a source
resize image to 250 px
set hspace and vspace to 25
set alignment to left
click on ADVANCED tab
add a second margin measurment (margin:25px 25px)
Insert picture into page
click on picture
click on image icon
browser crashes

I tried many times but couldn't recreate the bug. What exactly you using, win 8.1 IE1 preview or final version? Can you provide a screencast? Can you reproduce this on demo page or only in your editor?
