Edit area jumps to top when styles added/table changed

Hi,

I have some custom styles that users can apply to content.  However, whenever a style is applied (either through a class or inline styles), the edit window jumps back to the top.  This also happens when I add/remove table columns, or open a dialog (ie: link properties).

I have updated to the latest 4.2.1
