CKEditor will be the default editor for Drupal 8 soon, so we've removed the product from our online offer to have some space for other new products that we introduced. Existing customers will still receive updates for the next 365 days, so there is nothing to worry about.
The extension itself has been updated recently, so it includes the latest version of the module + CKEditor 4.3.2
