Disable/Lock single/multiple lines for Editing - Possible ?

Hi all,

this is great editor and am just starting to explore more n more. A quick question, is it possible to block/disable/lock few lines from getting edited by other Authors when using this editor. Only a few set of Authors should be able to edit these specific lines.
