I'm wanting to upgrade CKEditor in one of my websites since the old version doesn't work properly with IE10.
But what's happened to the Save button? In the old version the following works as expected (inside config.js, of course):
CKEDITOR.editorConfig = function( config )
{
CKEDITOR.config.toolbar = [
['Save','Source','ShowBlocks'],
['Cut','Copy','Paste','PasteText','PasteFromWord','-','SpellChecker'],
['Undo','Redo','-'],
['Bold','Italic','Underline','Strike','-','Subscript','Superscript', 'TextColor','BGColor'],
['NumberedList','BulletedList','-','Outdent','Indent'],
['JustifyLeft','JustifyCenter','JustifyRight','JustifyBlock'],
['Link','Unlink','Anchor'],
['Image','Table','HorizontalRule','Smiley','SpecialChar'],
['Styles','Format','Font','FontSize']
] ;
};
Put the same into the new one and MOST buttons appear but not the rather important Save (and some others.)
What on earth am I doing wrong all of a sudden?
The default (standards
The default (standards compliant) download doesn't include the save button. You have to manually add it. You can download it here. Instructions on how to enable it are here. Or you can create your own build that includes the button via CKBuilder.
