Color and Alignment buttons not appearing

Hi, 

I am upgrading a site from an old 3.2 installation to the current 4.3. Starting by simply placing the new version, I can see that there are no buttons for text alignment or for text and background color.

I am using the default config, which includes the groups for styles and colors. And the Styles and Format buttons appear. But no alignment, and no colors.

The documentation says that the defaults for those groups should generate:

	{ name: 'styles', items: [ 'Styles', 'Format', 'Font', 'FontSize' ] },
	{ name: 'colors', items: [ 'TextColor', 'BGColor' ] },

... but it doesn't seem to be working that way.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
