Ckeditor insert IMAGE BY URL only

Hi,

Is there any way we can use the INSERT IMAGE option but enable ONLY the insert by url (disable the upload). Or maybe there is a plugin available? (I did check, did not find anything).

By deafult CKEditor does not

By deafult CKEditor does not contain a file uploader/ manager, so all it will allow is inserting files whose URL is already known -- seems to be exactly what you are after.
