CKEditor is used in thousands of platforms like phpBB. It would be impossible to have a guide for every one of them. You'd have more luck asking this question on the phpBB forum. There's a couple of threads dealing with that very same question there. If I remember correctly there was even a time when CKEditor was considered to be included in phpBB by default. Not sure why things fell apart.
