Change source code generator, how I do it?

How can I change the source code generator?

For exemple, when my document have a image in right: class="right", but it doesn't works if I open the generate text as a HTML file, I have to change manually to align="right".

Also I need something that generate text, for exemple, when you put a new image, it automatically puts a text under the image, like Image 1 - ...

Can I make something like this or is impossible?
