Carmel Advisors : Ckeditor and wysiwyg instalation problem

Hello everyone,
i run my site with drupal 7
my hosting is ovh
I loaded the CKEditor and WYSIWYG module, but they do not work. I have error messages in relation to CKeditor (see below) :

 / ckeditor / ckeditor / config.js or sites / all / libraries / ckeditor / ckeditor.js .
 
error message: The CKEditor component is not installed Correctly . Please go to the CKEditor homepage to download the latest release. After That you must extract the files to sites / all / modules / ckeditor / ckeditor or sites / all / libraries / ckeditor and make sour That The file sites / all / modules / ckeditor / ckeditor / ckeditor.js or sites / all / libraries / ckeditor / ckeditor.js exist . Refer to the README.txt for more information.
Warning messae:  If You have CKEditor Already installed please edit global profile and update CKEditor CKEditor path .

I do not really understand what I should do. Unfortunately, OVH service support is not very colloboratif and is limited to the strict minimum.
