For some reason this error is coming up but only on one persons machine and CKeditor will not load
Cannot set property of "dir" undefined - line 220 ckeditor.js
They are using Chrome 38 on Windows 8, I have tested the same setup with no problems.

Does version 4 now require textarea id to be set? that may be the problem.
