Can CKEditor control dll for ASP.NET be used with latest CKEditor release

The page http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Developers_Guide/ASP.NET/Integration_Advanced says to download the latest versions of both CKEditor 3.x and the CKEditor for ASP.NET control.

I wonder, can the existing CKEditor Control .dll (v3.6.4) for ASP.NET be used with the latest CKEditor release (v4.3.4.)?

Are there any compatibility issues or other major structural changes for non-compatibility?
