Callback after insert image

hello

I am new here my name is Rudy and I need some information about CKeditor.

I am currenlty running site under my own CMS built on the top of CakePhp and using Redactor as wysiwyg editor.

Since I feel unhappy with the above mentioned editor, I would like to switch to CKeditor: I need to be able to have a callback after an image has been inserted , to capture the file put and then work it using prepared controllers.

Does Ckeditor has this functionality?
