I have smashed my head for two days now getting this solved with no luck. I am about to delete CK and write my own php code to save the data without this st, so I registered here to see if anyone had the problem and yes there was, I looked around the forum for an answer and see since 2008 no one bohered to answer this

Why when you save embed code fro example does the data get that stupid <x> in it
I sould have loaded more than 400 items already but cant becuase CK puts that there no matter what id o it stays there. What is the fix for this if anyone can understand I am about to go off my rocker, three months of hard work and one thing that will lead me to redo all of it just becuase this one stupid error.

Are you using joomla or
None of them its a Mysql
None of them its a Mysql Database that has four fields (id,examid, description, videoembed)
I make training videos post them on youtube then copy embed code paste into my admin page then get that <x>
example is a video I made for testing:
<iframe width="640" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/YCq1VgiPwfU?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
when I save i get this and run my page to echo the embed code it shows this
<i<x>frame width="640" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/YCq1VgiPwfU?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Notice the <x> after <i
If I open tabel i see the same thing ...
I cannot reproduce this with
I cannot reproduce this with clean CKEditor installation, so its unlikely that it's a CKEditor issue or you didn't give enough information regarding configuration, version, etc.
