CKEditor installed on the same server as FCKEditor

I am currently working with a client that is using FCKEditor with ColdFusion and wants to upgrade to CKEditor. We would like to installed CKEditor and test within the site before removing FCKEditor completely. Is this possible to do without messing up the current FCKeditor functionality?
