Latest version of CKEditor for Joomla was released almost a year ago and is not compatible with Joomla 3.2 at least. For example, there's no "adminForm" id on eachforms. Instead of it, they now have "component-form" or "module-form", and you can't submit a form due to JS error.
There're other issues as well, which definitely need attention.
