CKEditor Inline editing saving into MySQL Database

Hi,

I have been working on BootStrap Wyswi5HTML, with good results,

but when I saw CKEDitor I'm very impressed!

I want to create the same structure like I was using with Wyswi5HTML.

So, I've got a page, like index.html and there is many div, some of these are editable.

I editing some content, but it's all, I can't upgrade database, because I dont know how to run script post.php :(

In post.php there is MySQL Query that update one rows in MySQL, but how to initiate via JS ?

Please help me!
