It seems the field used to state the table css class has been removed from the table properties (when right clicking a table).
It was quite handy rather than having to add it in source view...

"Stylesheet classes" field works perfectly for me in 4.3 beta. What kind of build are you using? Can you post your config?
Perhaps what you're missing is the dialogadvtab plugin.
