CKEDItor 4+ wrapping toolbar issue in IE 8 when window resized

hello, 

I am working on CKeditor  V4.3.4.2 on IE 8.  when Window is full sized tollbar is showing properly. but when  Minimised it wont. Please find attchmnet for more details.please help me on this.
