I have a customer that used to be able to do this via the CK editor but for some reason all I get now is the ability to suply a link to the image. This is not good for her. She needs to be able to upload a new image via CK editor. What can I check to make sure all is set up correctly?
The onyl thing that has changed is that my hosting provider as moved the site to a new server. I suspect that something is pointing in the wrong direction. I went into the config.php file and changed the ipaddress that was pointing to the old server to the new. I am still not seeing the ability to upload an image via CK Editor.
AS you can see from the attackment, there is no way to upload an image.
Many thanks,
Houston
File upload capability comes
File upload capability comes from a separate file uploader application (like CKFinder). If you were using CKFinder, check whether its files were moved to the new server and whether the configuration is OK for your new setup.

Everything seems to be OK but
Everything seems to be OK but I am not sure what to look for or where to look for it. I am takign over this site and am not used to this at all. I work with WordPress and Joomla. Any hand holding would be greatly apprected. I have looked and ckfinder is installed as I would expect it to be since it worked fine before. I looked at config.php in ckfinder and it looks good to me as well. I am not sure why the "Upload" tab is not showing up at all as it is suppose to if ckfinder is installed.
Many thanks,
Houston
