I am not going to use dialog plugin for my editor. It's a simplest UI. So I want to remove all dialog related css. If I remove dialog related css and build my skin the builder gives me errors about file not found for dialog*.css files. I was thinking about keeping the file but removing all the css from it. Is that the proper way to do it?
There are a few options in
There are a few options in our API that can remove specific things in dialogs, but the best way to do it is to remove all plugins that use dialogs. How you could you have the link plugin without a dialog, for instance? Not sure if there is a "proper way" to completely remove them since dialogs are an intrinsic part of the editor. You can try hacking it your way and let us know how it goes.

Actually I am looking to
Actually I am looking to build a very minimalistic editor (and remove any code that I don't need as dependency). I am using only 4-5 features. The only plugin requiring dialog that I need is link. But I plan to replace it with my own plugin and my own input UI. For this I am building the ckeditor using the builder tool. How should I remove all the traces of dialog in skin? Should I just not include dialog.css as part of my site?
Ya, I guess you can remove
Ya, I guess you can remove them, if you're truly not going to be using any dialogs. Might be a good idea to do a search (CTRL+F) to see if the dialog.css aren't being used somewhere else besides plugins.
