Basic Packages now not showing icons O_o

Hi,

I have previously downloaded using the builder no problem, but since yesterday, even with a completely unadulterated version im getting this...

I have tried different skins and downloading the basic packs in case it was an addon, but i still get missing icons. (inline or otherwise). and looking at the standard sample pages.

Ok Hang on...

Completely basic standard package works.....full version works ...

But when I add addons it gives me above. Will start whittleing down which addon is doing it ...

Try clearing your cache.

Hmm...

Ok got home and its not doing it here, I presume it was a cacheing problem or something .. odd. I kept the folders and the windows separate I thought .. anyway .. sorry for wasting your time.

Ok ... after 3 days of fannying around, I was still getting some icons not appear ..

With EXACTLY the same code. on one page it all was fine. on the other where EVERYTHING was the same .. missing icons.

I tried everything, stripping down the page piece by piece, just to find out it was <!DOCTYPE html> that was causing some of the buttons within the "source" set of icons to just not appear .. dont ask me why .. I dont care any more I just removed <!DOCTYPE html> from the page.

But I thought I would leave this here just in case someone gets it happen to them.
