After upgrade ckeditor version 4.4.2 from 3.6, content changed when loading the template

Hi,

        After upgraded ckeditor 4.4.2 from 3.6, the template content is changed. Actually I created template using ckeditor 3.6. Now I upgraded 4.4.2 version. Now the same content in that template is collapsed, the styles are changed. Please find the attachement. Please suggess me if I need to configure anything.

Did you configure the Advanced Content Filter properly? CKEditor 4.1 introduced a feature that strips out tags that are not whitelisted.
