Add a div between two words with CKEditor in same line.

Hi Team, How a user can add a "div" between two strings as shown below.   Sample:   Starting Text <div id="div1" class="divClass"></div> End Text.   When a user clicks on create a div container button, it creates a new div and the text will be surrounded by the created div.   For my requirement the div tag should be closed after insert the div tag.   Please advise the step to achieve this.
