CKEditor is installed on drupal 7.23 on a local osx 10.8.5. Configured as described in readme.txt without CKFinder.
Editing the CKEditor Profile brings the following Notice: "
Notice: Undefined index: DOCUMENT_ROOT in ckeditor_get_document_root_full_path() (line 58 of /Users/ip/Sites/drupal-vzbv_docs_drupal_7/sites/all/modules/ckeditor/includes/ckeditor.lib.inc).
Up to now CKEditor doesn't run.
Google couldn't find any suggestion.
Any ideas?

I think you will have more luck asking direcly at the Drupal module site, as most people here use the standalone CKEditor version. Hope you'll be able to solve this issue with the help of fellow Drupal experts!
