Can't find width, height, align and other image options in CKEditor 4

In this demo we can upload image and set width, height, align and other options:

I've downloaded full CKEditor 4 with all plugins. It works very well for me but image dialog is not full. I can't find any of option:

I researched documentation but didn't find plugin options to fix it.

Also there are also underlines on all links. I guess they should not be there.

I will be grateful for any help!
