upload ms-word docs

Hi,

I have tried the ckeditor and i was wondering if i can upload ms-word, doc documents?

I tried the ckfinder capability for uploading images and with some modifications i managed to upload jpgs but no .doc files.

When i use the image uploader i only get an invalid element not text.

What should i do? Is there any other editor you suggest me?
