toolbars... too many

i am trying to use this, but there are tool bars that i dont want.
is there any way to remove some toolbars but kepp the rest. i looked and the basic is too basic.
the items i want to keep are:
save, pastefromword, bold, italic, font, size, paste, copy, cut, alignment, tables, underline, color, link, bullets, numbering.
i might need some more things, but if someone can tell me how so i can do it later.
