the ckeditor is displayed, it replaces the textarea objects. The problem is that the toolbox is not displayed correctly. All the icons of the toolbox are missing.
I have installed CKeditor not in the root but in a subdirectory "starnet/editors/ckeditor/".
Also the sample will not display the icons:

I have tried with Explorer 9 and Firefox.

Re: The toolbar does not show icons
The web console in Firefox shows that the images are missing in your server.
For example http://www.mv-europoort.nl/test/starnet ... prites.png

Re: The toolbar does not show icons
CKEditor may not show toolbar icons mistakenly
In my old application I have popups in iframes. Popups had textareas and I replaced them with CKEditor (inline) controls (by changing textarea to div with the contentEditable=true). All was fine in IE8+ and Chrome, however in the Firefox the toolbar didn't show icons on normal popup load. If I reloaded popup with right mouse click -> This Frame -> Reload Frame the toolbar was OK. I spent some time debugging my app and the CKEditor until I found that CKEditor turns on High Contrast mode by testing creation of div with top border red and right border blue and then checking that computedStyles top border equals right border (http://docs.ckeditor.com/source/_bootstrap.html). This way doesn't work in the Firefox (v 22) for me, because my iframe is hidden (display=none) until page loaded. So I had to turn off auto inline (CKEDITOR.disableAutoInline = true), wait for page load, show the popup (display=block) and only after that set the CKEditor to my div. Now it's all fine.
