Is there a configuration possible for the edited content?

If I want to make the formats user defined for the edited content (inside cke_contents_ or the iframe) wher can this be done? I haven't found any CSS file impacting that layout - maybe somebody can give a hint.

Sorry for the previous question, was rather stupid ;-) . In case that somebody else seaches for it: The CSS file for the edited content is inside 'content.css' (location can be set).
