That's an IE "feature" that applies such border when an element has a style that triggers its "hasLayout" bit (width, height are the typical ones)

I love that you say "Feature" since it make a mess for my users. Has anyone had an success turning this off some how? Starting to do some research now. Thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.

Our editors are having so many issues with this and trying to figure out how others have fixed these issues. We had someone come up with new mobile friendly templates that is causing the probelm. Thanks
