The plugin does not have a valid header. - Wordpress

Following the installation instructions through Wordpress 2.9.2 via the Plug-in Manager, this message comes up after the installation is complete, and then the Activate Plugin button in pressed:

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Theme in use is Atahualpa 3.4.6
Wordpress 2.9.2
CKEditor 3.2.1

Is there an immediate solution?

You should ask this question to the people that provided the CKEditor plugin for Wordpress.
