& in parametr problem

Hi folks,
i got a little problem with CK editor. I use video lightbox, here is the part of the code which I have problem with:

addParam('flashvars','file=http://www.vaclavkadrnka.com/movies/nemuzem_usnout_16-9.movℑ=/images/thumbs_video/nemuzem_usnout.jpg&controlbar=bottom');

Do you see the thing right behind ".mov"?
There should be string &image=....... Don't you know the reason why CK editor replaces this with the ℑ?
