page down and up suppose move the content up or down with one unit segment.
but in IE8.0.6, it results to the begin / end of the content after pressed only once pageup/down.
chrome behaves properly.

however, i discovered that , if i add some stuff on the paste event before content is really pasted.
the page up/down will not be worked anymore . . . .
how to fix it ?
