(need help) onchange retrieve attribute id.

I am beginner to ckeditor.

I would like to know is there any way to retrieve current keyboard cursor blinking in the ckeditor position and retrieve the attribute id behind the html source?

I am really urgent to use this to able to get the attribute id behind the text in order to apply functions on those attribute like compiler.
