manipulate focus/blur events for external elements

Hello guys, i would like to manage the focus/blur on my editors to view elements (tooltip) external editor via jquery.

I have tested with $ ('# idMyEditor').focus() but does not work.

I also tried the function but it still does not work CKEDITOR.focusManager

Can you help me?
