Is it possible to load MS Word templates/docs?

I am wondering if it is possible to load custom Microsoft Word Templates from a database with CKEditor. Then edit those templates and save them as .doc files and export them back to the database.

Using ASP.NET 3.5 and SQL Server 2008

You must use a MS Word<->HTML conversor.
