You might want to look at Advanced BBCODE Box 3, a modification (mod) for phbb3 forums, that adds a pretty cool interface and toolset to your forum. Note that it is not really a WYSIWYG editor, nor does it output HTML the way that FCKeditor and CKEditor do. But, the HTML output wouldn't work within phpbb3 anyway.
