how to add an onclick event in the URL attributes

Need help! I could't add an onclick event in the URL attributes like: onclick="return hs.expand(this)".
I'm add in \ckeditor\plugins\link\dialogs\link.js links: advAttr( 'advoncl', 'onclick' );

but it not work
