Hi Jan, any chance you could describe your environment? We really have no clue of what you are trying to install and where. Is it standalone CKEditor? Is it an integrated version (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla!)?
It would be cool if you could describe your setup and tell us what files you are trying to install and in what environment.
