fonts not rendering

The list of fonts we make available in our ckeditor window is the exact list of fonts installed on our server. The fonts do not, however, render correctly in the font drop-down list or in the text edit box itself unless the same fonts are installed on the client's computer. What do we need to do in order to make sure our fonts render on a client computer if they are only on the server and not on the client machine?
