errors when I try to configure cke

I am trying to get CK editor working . When I try to configure it I get errors. Here is some information I get when I try to edit the ckeditor global settings. I don't even edit, I just save the settings that it comes with and I get this error.

Notice: Undefined index: loadPlugins in ckeditor_admin_values_to_settings() (line 1156 of C:\wamp\www\harlequingraphics\sites\all\modules\ckeditor\includes\ckeditor.admin.inc).

and here is line 1156:

$plugins = $values['loadPlugins'];

when I try to save the profile, changed or unchanged, I get the "page cant be found" page:

The connection was reset.
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I am using latest everything; firefox, Drupal7, Windows7
Someone please help.
