config.resize_minWidth Not work

First I thank ckeditor developers for the great work.
The latter. I have a textarea with ckeditor that is smaller than I have configured.

config.resize_minWidth = '900';

Configure does not work, there is still smaller.
What am I doing wrong?
If I disable resize, what is the css file that allows me to set the width=900?
