ckeditor js version

Hi All,

i want to use ckeditor in my page. the implementation is not the problem. but i load the texteare in an div by ajax. so when i load the page the first time i can initialise the editor no problem. but when i relaod the div content witzh ajax and i want to reinit the editor i get an error.
how can i reinits the editor?

or is it pisoble to deload it from dom?
