ckeditor autoupdate element

Hi i am new to ckeditor ..
can you please help me?

i need to disable the auto update of ckeditor..

i created a function that will change the font, size, align of text...
but after i updated the content in the database.. i load the content to the ckeditor and its changing what is on the database.. can anyone please help on this..

I need to disable the auto update of ckeditor but i dont know how...

How do you know that it's not a problem in your code?

when i publish the content .. it shows the h1,h2,h3 tag on my website.. but as i look into the ckeditor at my content editor.. the view is different..

so...

you mean that CKEditor is automagically reading your database and you didn't code anything?

the ckeditor is changing the content.. after i load it from the database..
